In this paper our idea is to present a simple and easy approach for database formation and also search on the shape matching and database relation. Every day, millions of pictures are uploaded, shared and browsed by internet users, resulting very large collections of images that call for efficient solution for their management. An important task is the recognition of shapes according to specific criteria, that can be used for searching pictures or recognition of pictures. For this purpose we create an image database. Image database is the systematic collection of images in which images are well organized. Image database help storage and manipulation of images. Also along with formation of database we are creating user friendly environment in MATLAB which is graphical User interface (GUI) can be deployed for shape matching which works on basic principles of Image Matching.
