IT HELP DESK project is a website and main goal is to provide employees easily and relief from manual work. If Employees of company have issues regarding software, hardware or financial departments they can generate tickets with our websites. Website can be compatible for specific organization, companies, colleges, etc. Our new method analyzes single projects' criticality in a portfolio context by considering both transitive dependencies and different dependency types in an integrated way. Since we demonstrate that single projects' criticality can vary substantially, being aware of which projects are critical is a key success factor. Admin of authorized company will view tickets and solve problems. User can give feedback after the solution is provided. Website is easy to use and provide relaxation in time.
